How do I know which lash style suits me?
Every appointment begins with a personalised consultation. We'll assess your eye shape, natural lashes and desired look before recommending the most flattering curl, length and lash mapping. You don't need to know exactly what you want—we'll guide you through it.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when they're applied correctly. At Ritually, every lash set is customised to suit the strength and condition of your natural lashes. We carefully select the appropriate weight and length to ensure your natural lashes remain healthy.
How long do lash extensions last?
Most clients enjoy their lash extensions for 3–5 weeks, depending on their natural lash cycle and aftercare. To maintain a consistently full look, we recommend refills every 2–3 weeks.
Are lash extensions comfortable to wear?
Yes. We use premium lightweight lashes that are selected specifically for your natural lashes. Once applied, most clients forget they're even wearing extensions.
How should I care for my lash extensions?
To maximise retention: avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours, use oil-free eye products, avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes, and brush them gently with a clean spoolie.
Who is eligible for the first trial lash offer?
Our first trial is exclusively available for new clients who are 18 years and above. The trial is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit (WP) and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders. Each client may enjoy the introductory trial once.
