These terms help keep every Ritually visit clear, respectful, and thoughtfully managed. By using our website, making a booking, purchasing a package, or visiting our studio, you agree to the terms below.
Last updated: 1 July 2026Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from Ritually. Please arrive on time so your therapist can complete the full consultation and treatment comfortably.
If you are late, we may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment to avoid affecting the next client.
All treatments begin with a consultation. Please share any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or health concerns before your appointment.
Ritually may recommend an alternative treatment or decline to perform a service if it is not suitable for your current condition.
Every client responds differently to treatment. Results will vary depending on your skin condition, lifestyle, treatment frequency and adherence to aftercare advice.
Please follow the aftercare guidance provided by your therapist. Ritually is not responsible for concerns caused by failure to follow aftercare advice or by undisclosed medical or skin conditions.
Prices, promotions, and trial offers may change without prior notice. First trial offers are available for eligible new clients only and may be enjoyed once per client.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, credits, or packages.
Package, credit, and membership terms are explained at the point of purchase. Credits are valid only for the period stated and are not exchangeable for cash.
Memberships, passes, or prepaid credits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by Ritually.
Some appointments may require a booking deposit. Deposits will be applied towards your treatment unless otherwise stated.
Deposits may be forfeited in the event of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritually shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
